Our Team

Our team is led by Moji Onabanjo. Moji has been an IP attorney for almost two decades, representing and advising multinationals in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Africa on their intellectual property rights.
She works with companies with large portfolios, small business owners, new business startups and NGOs, walking them through their business setups and the protection of their trademarks. She successfully negotiates her client’s intellectual property transactions and agreements.
Moji has filed many trademarks and is highly experienced at responding to office actions. She advises authors, screenwriters, musicians, entertainers, and software developers on the protection of their rights and represents them in their everyday business transactions.
She has sat on panels both at home and abroad, including at the ABA, IPL Conference and New York State Bar Association, discussing Cross Border Brand Protection and protection of IP Rights in the United States.
Admitted to practice in the federal courts in New York.
Moji loves being a lawyer, pays a great deal of attention to the minute detail of every client’s story, identifies the issue, and proffers a tailor-made solution.
